Job Description
1. Accounts Payable (AP) & Debt Management
- Receive, verify the legality, and validate all payment dossiers (operational expenses, material purchases, subcontractor agreements, etc.).
- Process payment orders (via Internet Banking/bank transfer) accurately, on time, and to the correct beneficiaries.
- Reconcile payment documents and maintain standardized filing records categorized by project.
- Monitor supplier/contractor payable ledgers; conduct periodic balance reconciliations and collaborate with the Purchasing Department to resolve any invoice discrepancies completely.
2. Banking & Guarantees
- Manage the entire lifecycle of Bank Guarantees (Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, Advance Payment/Warranty Bonds) to support bidding and project operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact with partner banks to maintain relationships and provide necessary legal/financial documentation.
- Handle banking procedures such as account openings and other arising services.
3. Cashflow Management
- Prepare weekly cash flow (Inflow - Outflow) reports based on business plans and receivables collection progress.
- Monitor minimum cash balances and proactively propose optimal disbursement schedules based on project priorities.
4. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare periodic (daily/weekly/monthly) Cash Flow reports for the Chief Accountant and CFO.
- Coordinate and provide necessary documentation for Internal and Independent Audits.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an AP Accountant. Candidates with background in Construction, M&E, Medical Equipment, or project-based companies are highly preferred.
- Specialized Skill: Proven experience in handling bank guarantee procedures is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (MISA, FAST, Bravo, etc.) and Advanced Excel.
- Traits: Honest, meticulous, strong integrity, and excellent time management skills to handle tight deadlines.
