Position Overview
The Accounts and Admin Executive is expected to drive best practices in accounting function and
administrative management within the organisation to maximise efficiency and growth. She/he will
perform accounting functions and general administrative tasks.
Essential Job Functions
• Handles accounting records including proper recording of transactions in the accounting system.
• Preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements.
• Process accounts payables and receivables.
• Handles payments and receipts, including petty cash control.
• Prepare bank reconciliation and general ledger accounts reconciliation to ensure accuracy
of accounting records.
• Manage monthly tax reports including VAT and withholding tax.
• Participates in budgeting and cashflow reporting.
• Coordinate with external parties such as auditor or tax consultant for compliance purpose.
• Assist in all other accounting functions as at when required by the Head office.
• Perform general administrative task and provide full secretarial support to Director.
• Maintain the relationship with customers by providing good customer service.
• Ensure compliance with relevant local regulations and internal policies.
Experience
• At least 3 years experience in accounting or auditing field and has administration experience.
Education
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting /Finance or recognized professional courses.
Skills
• Knowledgeable in accounting standards and relevant laws.
• Familiar with accounting software.
• Fluent English with excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
