Job description
• Issue VAT invoices, make SOA to credit customer timely
• Be responsible for following up payment from customer; prepare monthly aging report and bad debt to management
• Check and reconcile with bank accounts timely
• Check payment request and arrange payment to carriers/ vendors
• Check and verify the SOA with vendors
• Responsible for customer/ vendor credit management (credit limits, payment terms, and contract terms) data source into MISA
• Any other duties assigned by management
Job requirement
• Graduated at accounting/ finance major
• At least 1 year in Logistics/Forwarding/Marine/Import-Export field
• Good command of Chinese is required
• Ability to work under pressure and have good teamwork and regular job rotation spirit, agile, hard working, honest and responsible in work
