The Accounting Services Team Leader (Total income: 12m-17m) is in charge of managing and coordinating a team of 3-5 accountants, ensuring the quality of services provided to ATP Consulting's portfolio of SME corporate clients. The position reports to and discusses professional matters directly with the Manager/Director, and is supported by AI tools in their work.
+ Team Management & Development
- Assign tasks to accountants according to a separate client portfolio.
- Guide, train, and improve the professional expertise of team members.
- Monitor progress and control the output quality of the whole team.
- Evaluate work performance and develop the capacity of each member.
+ Processing Client Accounting Records
- Control books, vouchers, and accounting entries for clients.
- Prepare and check periodic financial reports (monthly/quarterly/annually).
- Declare and finalize taxes: VAT, PIT, CIT, license tax...
- Handle unusual arising transactions in client records.
+ Consulting & Customer Care
- Answer queries regarding accounting, tax, and related financial issues.
- Consult and promptly warn clients of compliance risks.
- Maintain sustainable relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Quality Control & Compliance
- Review and check all work of the team before sending it to clients.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and current tax regulations.
- Report periodic work status to the Manager/Director.
