Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Services Specialist, based in Hanoi. The Accounting Services Specialist will be responsible for:
- Support accounting tasks for fast-growing clients in retail, logistics, and online commerce
- Work with data from marketplaces, banks, payment gateways, and ad platforms
- Assist in bookkeeping, reconciliation, and the preparation of monthly reports
- Learn how to handle multi-channel sales flows and cross-border transactions
- Help with tax declarations (VAT, PIT, CIT) under Vietnamese regulations
- Coordinate with the internal team (BI/BA) to implement automated workflows that reduce manual work
- Engage with clients to ensure smooth data collection and timely support
Qualifications
- 03 years of experience in accounting, audit, or bookkeeping
- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess financial information and resolve discrepancies effectively
- Solid foundation in Finance and Accounting principles and Vietnamese tax regulations
- Interest in the eCommerce and digital business landscape
- Open to learning new tools, platforms, and processes especially automation
