Business Process Solutions

Deloitte's Business Process Solutions (BPS) is a service line within our Deloitte Tax and Legal practice which helps businesses manage their accounting, tax, payroll, business processes and technology processes. We provide advice and practical support through a mix of outsourcing, loan staff, co-sourcing, and project related services. We assist our clients during the transformation processes (such as centralizing functions to shared service centers, technology application, automation process, etc.).

Work you will do and key responsibilities (accounting and corporate taxes)

The incumbent fulfils an integral transactional and reporting function in Deloitte's Business Process Solutions (BPS). This role touches all aspects of accounting from Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory recording, Cash Management, Fixed assets, Monthly Account Reconciliations, Credit Analysis, Payroll, to Financial Statements/Management report preparation, Tax, Operation & Management processes and other special projects as needed. This position will report to the BPS seniors and/or BPS Management Team.

As a BPS consultant, you will be responsible for execution of the projects/assignments. You would be assigned/seconded to work at the clients office. The main assignments are related to accounting and corporate taxes.

• Assist Senior Consultant / Manager in performing accounting & taxes engagements
• Assist Senior Consultant / Manager in preparing proposals and business development materials
• Review and verify the accuracy of invoices reports and other accounting documents/ records under the instructions of Senior Consultant / Manager
• Be in charge of the reconciliation reports with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers
• Research, analyze accounting issues and draft accounting advice related to business transactions to client and managers.
• Demonstrate a professional working attitude

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related fields
• Excellent in analysis/data working tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, etc and applied in working experience
• Willing to be outsourced to client sites as required
• Self-starter, organized, attention to details, willing-to-learn attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment on several projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Learning ACCA / CPA Australia/equivalent program or VN CPA is preferred
• Relevant experience preferably with an international accounting firm. Some experience with ERP systems in the past - SAP is a plus
