As an
Accounting Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing accounting services for a diverse portfolio of clients. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the accurate preparation of financial records, tax compliance, timely reporting in line with regulations, supervising junior associates, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position requires strong technical accounting knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex client requirements while maintaining service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the delivery of financial outsourcing services such as bookkeeping, account payable/ receivable, reconciliation, and reporting.
Review work prepared by associates to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, managing expectations and building long-term relationships.
Ensure deliverables to the head office meet established quality and timeline standards.
Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to junior team members
Liaise with clients to address queries, resolve issues, and provide proactive solutions.
Support managers in planning, resource allocation, and process improvements.
Contribute to the development of best practices, workflows, and documentation for outsourcing services.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and special projects as requested by managers.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA) is strongly preferable. 3-5 years of experience in the accounting, with at least 2 years in outsourcing services.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and practices.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP/ Oracle is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
