Description
We are looking for an Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations for Masan's technology subsidiary, supporting fast-growing digital initiatives across the Group's ecosystem.
This role will oversee end-to-end accounting activities, ensure compliance with regulations and group standards, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple member companies and external partners.
You will:
- Lead and manage daily accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, tax, reporting)
- Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Prepare financial reports in compliance with VAS and Group policies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across multiple business units and member companies
- Work with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and external partners
- Support finance leadership in improving processes, controls, and scalability
- Provide accounting input for business initiatives, contracts, and commercial arrangements
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial/lead role
- Experience working in a tech company (software, digital product, IT services, platform, etc.)
- Experience working in an organization with multiple member companies / complex group structure
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting
- Experience handling month-end closing, audit, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Business, and Operations
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-changing environments
Nice to Have
- Experience participating in or supporting Joint Venture (JV) deals, investments, or M&A transactions
- Experience working in large groups, conglomerates, or ecosystem-based organizations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, etc.)
- Background in Big4 audit is a plus
- Experience supporting regional or cross-border operations
