Job Title: Accounting Manager for SAP Implementation Project

Location: At Client's Office - Long Thanh, Dong Nai Province (Company shuttle bus provided)

Working Time: Monday Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Reporting To: BOD and SAP Project Managements

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support our client's SAP implementation project. The candidate will work closely with the client's finance team and SAP consultants to ensure a smooth system setup, successful go-live, and stable post-implementation accounting operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in SAP setup and system transition, and is capable of guiding the accounting team throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and actively participate in the setup and transition to SAP accounting system.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and SAP consultants during system configuration and implementation.
• Ensure successful SAP go-live within agreed timeline and scope.
• Oversee data migration, chart of accounts mapping, and system testing (UAT).
• Review and validate accounting workflows within SAP to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Provide hands-on guidance and training to the Accounting team on SAP usage after go-live.
• Monitor post-go-live performance and resolve system-related accounting issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries in SAP following implementation.
• Coordinate with IT and other departments to optimize system performance.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 57 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in managerial role.
• Proven experience in SAP implementation, including system setup and migration from legacy accounting software to SAP (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience in data migration, system testing, and go-live support.
• Strong leadership capability with proven experience in leading an accounting team.
• Hands-on experience in training and coaching team members.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
