Accounting Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation of Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, General Cashier and General Ledger functions. Review of cash flow and bank account activity.
• Review of Accounts Payable supporting documentation to ensure proper coding and completeness prior to inputting by the Accounts Payable Clerk.
• Review General Cashier's report and daily bank deposit; investigate any irregularities.
• POS reports (revenue, voided) for accounting purposes.
• Prepare and update some related month-end closing general ledgers into VAS for reporting process.
