JOB OVERVIEW:
- Reporting Line: Finance Director
- Subordinates: 2 AP and 2 AR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Controlling, reporting, and presenting the Financial Statements of the company.
- Checking financial period closing and year closing procedures are carried out as required.
- Be-in-charge of the preparation of Group reports (BS-PL-OH-Capex) and local statutory reports (including Investment project reports, quarterly VAT and CIT reports, CIT finalization reports, and Audited FS as per VAS), and TP matters.
- Minimizing Company risk, preparing accurate aging reports, maintaining collection strategy and credit risk management with Distributors and Key Accounts
- Providing the necessary support and following up on accounts reconciliations and accruals before monthly closing.
- Provide requirements of controlling for FI, AA, SD, and MM modules to the SAP team and prepare UAT set up to ensure the SAP setup is in line with planning.
- Carrying out the accounting of personnel expenses and following up on payment approvals.
- Manage Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Cash Flow and Actual versus forecast variance analysis
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
- Being responsible for the performance and improving competencies, knowledge, and managerial skills of the general accounting team and organizational efficiency.
- Deep knowledge of Tax regulations and VAS in the country
- Build relationships with the Tax team and control the process to get VAT refunds during the investment project period.
- Manage relationship with external auditors
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS::
- At least 10 years of experience in accounting at Accounting Manager position or General Accountant position, preferably in multinational manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial legislation, and management practices, preferably strong tax experience.
- Have a valid Chief Accountant Certificate.
- Proficient in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial systems integration.
- Analytical mindset with commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management, data presentation, and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow through effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills with the ability to build relationships and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
