Accounting Manager

Our client is a leading international logistic and transportation services provider, headquartered in Asia.

Hiring Purpose: Our client has set up a new office in HCMC, VN and they are calling for a new Accounting Manager to join as their first finance hire. In this role, you will take full ownership of setting up and managing the local accounting and finance operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and publish accurate, timely financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Compliance & Tax: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and preparing accurate tax filings.
• Bookkeeping & Transactions: Reconcile accounts payable/receivable, bank accounts, and managing general ledgers.
• Auditing: Perform internal audits to ensure compliance and identify potential financial risks.
• Budgeting: Assist with forecasting and monitoring budget
• Customer related system management: Established customer credit management system, accounts receivable management system, a sound accounts receivable management system, contract management, and an accounts receivable collection system;
• Decision-making support: Help decision makers make right decisions by providing reliable materials and conducting financial data analysis

Structure & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, accounting or finance-related major preferred.
• 5+ year of accounting or finance work experience, familiar with Vietnamese invoicing, tax, accounts receivable processes and regulations.
• Fluency in Chinese is a must.
• Proficient in using Excel for data processing.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
