Job Description

Job DescriptionGeneral Accountant – Investment Stores

Monitor sales revenue, discount and promotion programs, sales campaigns, and cooperation activities with suppliers.
Check and reconcile data with payment gateway partners and delivery partners.
Manage daily accounts receivable and reconcile accounts payable with suppliers.
Control inventory, tools & equipment, assets, and prepare cost reports.
Monitor expense norms and analyze cost data of investment stores.
Prepare monthly business performance reports for each store.

Store Accounting System Management

Control revenue management tools on the POS/sales software system.
Monitor and consolidate daily system-wide revenue.
Review and approve revenue adjustments, data deletions, and edits on the software.
Implement new software and tools related to store accounting operations.
Update accounting and tax policies related to the store system and guide implementation.
Train, support, and guide store accountants during operations.
Prepare reports and perform other tasks assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Accountant or Tax Accountant.
Candidates with experience in retail chains or F&B are preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and current tax regulations.
Preference for candidates with the ability to apply technology in work processes.
Good skills in data consolidation, analysis, and financial reporting.
Ability to work under high pressure.
