Responsibilities
Accounting (70%)
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Ensure accurate and timely accounting for all arising transactions.
Issue invoices on time and reconcile data with accounting records.
Manage cash flow, perform banking transactions, bank account ledgers, and store documents as required.
Process payroll for employees in Australia, ensuring compliance with Fair Work Act, tax obligations, and related employment laws.
Organize and store accounting documents and transaction records systematically to ensure easy retrieval and audit readiness.
Compliance (30%)
Draft, update, and manage contracts, agreements, memorandums, and legal documents in accordance with regulations.
Support the preparation of legal documents for reporting to the tax authorities and government agencies in Australia.
Collaborate with the HR department to resolve labor-related issues, labor disputes, and ensure legal compliance for employees (if applicable).
Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
Good English: IELTS 7.0, TOEIC 785 or equivalent.
Knowledge of corporate law and Australian financial regulations.
Understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting processes in Australia.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Logical thinking ability.
Proactive, responsible, and compliant with policies and procedures.
Ability to work independently.
Priority is given to candidates with experience in Australian accounting software (Xero, MYOB).
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
