What You Will Do
- Organize and manage digital accounting documents.
- Input, check and record accounting transactions on Xero or similar accounting software.
- Support basic bookkeeping, data checking and transaction classification.
- Assist with reconciliation, document review and follow-up on missing information.
- Communicate with clients on basic accounting matters under senior guidance.
- Support senior accountants in preparing working papers, schedules and accounting records.
- Work with accounting documents, emails and client information in English.
What We Are Looking For Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Taxation or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with under 1 year of experience are welcome.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Ability to use English at work, especially reading documents, writing emails and basic communication.
- Willingness to learn, follow procedures and receive feedback.
Nice to Have, Not Mandatory
- Familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks Online or other cloud accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of international accounting practices, especially Singapore or Australia.
- LCCI certification, ACCA studies or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Internship experience in accounting, audit, tax or finance.
