Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Supervisor located in Ho Chi Minh City. The Account Supervisor will manage client relationships, oversee event projects from conception to execution, and ensure the delivery of world-class event experiences. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, managing budgets and timelines, leading client discussions, and ensuring that project objectives align with clients expectations. The role will also involve mentoring junior staff and contributing to strategy development for client accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to manage client accounts effectively
• Project management expertise, including budget management, timeline tracking, and team coordination
• Experience in project management at events agency
• Knowledge in event organization, brand activation, and PR strategies is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese is preferrable
