Account Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing clients and oversee project progress to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams (Content, Design, Media) to prepare proposals and presentations
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Stay updated on industry trends to propose suitable solutions
• Support revenue targets and assist in debt collection when needed

Requirements

• 23 years of experience in advertising, production, or related creative industries
• Strong sales and new business development skills
• Good project management and team coordination abilities
• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English
• Good aesthetic sense and understanding of visual storytelling
• Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of production processes, photography equipment, or editing tools is a plus
