RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payable Accountant based in HCM City. The Payable Accountant will:
- Update and support financial tracking.
- Compile documentation for supported accounts: Promotional items, discounts, leases, displays, etc.
- Prepare invoices for supported accounts
- Work with documentation providers and collect outstanding debts.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation for supported accounts
- Update and track business programs.
- Verify the tracking list.
QUALIFICATION:
- Graduated University or College with a Degree in Finance and Accounting.
- Knowledge of commercial accounting is prefered.
- 2 years of experience in accounts payable and expense accounting.
- Careful, diligent, and accurate.
- Teamwork skills, supportive and collaborative spirit.
- Able to withstand work pressure and willing to work overtime to complete tasks.
- Proficient in office computer skills: Excel, Word, and accounting software, ERP.
- Ability to read, understand, and write emails in English.
