Position Overview 職位概述:

We are seeking a bilingual (Chinese/English) Account Manager (AM) to join YFY Jupiter's Customer Success team in HCMC, VN. You will work closely with the Business Development (BD) Owner to manage local client relationships and support business growth, driving customer satisfaction and value. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural adaptability, and execution ability to meet client needs effectively.

Job Responsibilities 工作職責:

In This Role, You Will 作為這個角色,你將會

  1. Client Meetings & Engagement 客戶會議與互動 : Attend client meetings to discuss business needs, project progress, and solutions, providing real-time support and feedback. 參與客戶會議,討論業務需求、項目進度與解決方案,提供即時支持與反饋。
  2. Service Proposal Management 銷售方案協作管理 : Assist clients with packaging sample discussions, testing, and approvals, ensuring designs and quality meet expectations. 協助客戶進行包裝樣品的討論、測試與確認,確保設計與品質符合期望。
  3. Information Collection & Feedback 資訊收集與反饋 : Gather critical insights from clients (e.g., market demands, competitive intelligence) and relay them to internal teams. 從客戶端收集關鍵資訊(如市場需求、競爭情報),並及時反饋給內部團隊。
  4. Task Execution 任務執行 : Support the BD Owner in executing local business plans, including project follow-ups, supply chain coordination, and delivery management. 支持 BD 執行當地業務計劃,包括項目跟進、供應鏈協調與交貨管理。
  5. Relationship Building 關係建立 : Establish and maintain long-term trust with clients through effective engagement. 與客戶建立並維護長期信任關係,通過有效互動提升客戶黏性。
  6. Networking & Social Skills 交際能力 : Demonstrate the ability to engage in client-facing social interactions, understanding client preferences to build personal rapport, and leveraging these opportunities to expand networks and exchange business insights. 具備與客戶應酬的能力,熟悉客戶嗜好以建立個人關係,並在交際中拓展客情與交換業務資訊。

Job Requirements工作條件及要求:

Language Skills 語言能力 : Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, capable of professional oral and written communication. 中文(普通話)與英文流利,能在專業環境中進行口頭與書面溝通。

Experience 經驗 : Minimum 3-5 years in account management, business development, or related fields; packaging industry experience is a plus. 至少 3-5 年客戶管理、業務開發或相關領域經驗,包裝行業經驗為佳

Skills 技能 :

○ Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse cultural backgrounds. 出色的溝通與談判能力,能與多元文化背景的客戶有效互動。

○ Proficiency in project management, independently handling sample discussions and feedback processes. 熟悉項目管理,能獨立處理樣品討論與反饋流程。

○ Market insight, with the ability to collect and analyze client and competitive information. 具備市場洞察力,能收集並分析客戶與競爭資訊。
