About the Role: 

We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Account Manager to support clients and partners throughout their journey with Vantage. This role focuses on account management, client support, and operational coordination to ensure a seamless client experience.

You will work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues, support account-related processes, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. This position does not involve cold calling or direct sales activities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support clients and partners with account-related inquiries and operational issues.
  • Assist clients with account opening, KYC verification, deposits, withdrawals, and platform usage.
  • Explain trading products, order execution, account settings, company services, and brokerage operations when required.
  • Guide partners through the IB registration and setup process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up on requests.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide professional support.
  • Be available to support clients during urgent situations, including outside normal business hours when necessary.
  • Prepare basic operational reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Who We're Looking For: 

  • 0.5–2 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Sales Support, or Financial Services.
  • Experience in Forex, CFD, FinTech, Brokerage, or Investment industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • Willing to provide support outside business hours when necessary.
