Experience managing and growing customer accounts for AWS and True IDC Cloud services.
Strong ability to understand customer needs and recommend value-based solutions leveraging AWS and True IDC Cloud products and services.
Proven track record in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across cloud solutions.
Ability to build, manage, and execute a sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Solutions, Technical, Finance) to deliver successful customer outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across internal teams and external partners.
Capability to engage strategically with customer organizations, including senior-level stakeholders, to drive long-term adoption and service implementation.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at multiple levels of the organization.
Requirements:
Experience in Account Management / Sales / Business Development in Cloud or IT services.
Good understanding of AWS Cloud and partner/reseller models (billing, migration, managed services).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities.
