Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Experience managing and growing customer accounts for AWS and True IDC Cloud services.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and recommend value-based solutions leveraging AWS and True IDC Cloud products and services.
  • Proven track record in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across cloud solutions.
  • Ability to build, manage, and execute a sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Solutions, Technical, Finance) to deliver successful customer outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across internal teams and external partners.
  • Capability to engage strategically with customer organizations, including senior-level stakeholders, to drive long-term adoption and service implementation.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at multiple levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Account Management / Sales / Business Development in Cloud or IT services.
  • Good understanding of AWS Cloud and partner/reseller models (billing, migration, managed services).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities.
  • Good English (spoken and written).
