The role
Acting as a bridge between businesses and customers, Account Managers (AMs) manage partnership relationships, including communication, negotiation, contract signing, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners.
What You'll Do
1. Developing and Managing Partnerships
- Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with potential business partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Identifying, evaluating, and negotiating new collaboration opportunities to expand the company's network of potential partners.
- Establishing long-term partnership agreements and ensuring those agreements deliver value to both parties.
2. Developing B2B Business
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the B2B sector, focusing on expanding the market and potential business customers.
- Developing and implementing B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the managed region.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential business customers, ensuring
customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor revenue performance of key partners in the managed region.
- Evaluate and improve departmental workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.
3. Develop cooperation and market development strategies.
- Analyze the market and shape long-term cooperation strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Propose and implement marketing and promotional strategies for B2B cooperation programs and services.
- Identify new opportunities in untapped markets, assessing potential and associated risks.
4. Budget management and reporting.
- Manage the budget for the managed region, ensuring reasonable and effective spending.
- Regularly report on the effectiveness of B2B cooperation and business strategies, and provide suggestions for improvement.
5. Ensure sales targets are met.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in partner development, B2B business, or equivalent management positions.
- Strong negotiation and partnership building skills.
- Strategic planning and business development capabilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Data-driven analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Preference: Candidates with a wide network in the agricultural industry and experience in developing new business cooperation models.
