What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to join our growing Vietnam team. This role requires a balance of client leadership, strategic thinking, and team management. The Account Manager will serve as the key client contact, ensuring high-quality delivery, building trusted relationships, and driving impactful campaigns in line with business objectives.

Job Description:

+ Act as the primary client liaison, leading day-to-day communications and ensuring client satisfaction.

+ Develop and implement integrated communications strategies spanning PR, media, digital, influencer, and stakeholder engagement.

+ Manage campaign execution end-to-end, including planning, content development, media engagement, reporting, and evaluation.

+ Provide strategic counsel to clients on industry trends, market developments, and communications challenges.

+ Oversee budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure efficiency and accountability.

+ Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and ownership while maintaining high-quality standards.

+ Build and strengthen media and influencer relationships across business, lifestyle, and industry sectors.

+ Collaborate with regional/global Ruder Finn teams to integrate best practices and deliver regional campaigns.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Business, or related field.

5 - 7 years experience in PR, communications, or marketing (agency background preferred).

Proven experience managing clients, campaigns, and teams.

Strong understanding of Vietnams media, digital, and cultural landscape.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
