PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Day-to-day liaison with local and global suppliers to procure Premiums/POS/promotional materials key aspects being price negotiation/profit margins
- Produce accurate customer quotations and ensure data integrity in IT systems and all client communication.
- Support in the development and ideation of materials alongside client marketing teams and internal adm stakeholders
- Maintain a good level of operational management and manage day-to-day project tracking.
- Working on multiple projects at one time. Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met in accordance with project Critical Path
- Quality Control - responsible for obtaining correct certification and documentation to ensure goods can be imported and exported to end market.
- Communicate order status to key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Timely invoicing to client on receipt of delivery.
- To ensure effective communication with all team members through use of weekly meetings as appropriate.
- Supporting the team at operational level, providing logistical support and dealing with ad-hoc client requests.
- Ensure customer service is a priority. Identify and resolve all issues relating to customers within agreed SLA's.
- Provide a support function for future planning, strategic development and business development planning.
- Maintain a good knowledge of the wider market and competitor activities for their specific brands/customers.

REQUIREMENT PROFILE :
(Qualification / Knowledge and Skills Required)
- Minimum 5 years account management experience with an international company.
- Demonstrated experience in account management of multiple customers on a global basis including product creation, pricing strategies, distribution techniques, packaging and strategic marketing principles applicable to the premiums industry.
- Proven track record in pro-active selling to customers in a related industry ideally with experience in the gifts and premium product categories
- Very good presentation skills with strong IT experience in MS Word, Excel and Power-point are essential.
- Experience managing, maintaining and developing the sales potential of major customers. Solid background in growing accounts.
- Good skills related to analysis assessment of business opportunity within allocated territory and pursuing profitable sales.
- Excellent organizational abilities to project manage multiple projects at any given time
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to establish clear and measurable objectives.
- Personal characteristics: mature, proactive, good communication skills, a team player, service oriented, attention to detail and follow up
