Role Overview
The Account Manager POSM acts as a key day-to-day partner for local market clients, supporting the delivery of marketing production and retail activation activities.
This role manages the execution of projects across POSM production, content localisation and adaptation, BTL campaign rollouts, and multi-channel marketing asset deployment.
Working closely with clients, internal teams (creative, production, sourcing, and operations), and external vendors, the Account Manager ensures that all deliverables meet required quality, timeline, and brand governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary day-to-day contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and responsive support.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of projects, including localisation, adaptation, POSM production, creative versioning, and multi-channel asset rollout.
- Manage client briefs, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, feasible, and aligned with global brand guidelines.
- Track timelines, WIPs, and project status, maintaining visibility across multiple workstreams and ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate closely with creative, sourcing, production, QC, and vendor teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of adaptations, including translations, cultural nuances, compliance requirements, and brand alignment.
- Support POSM production, packaging adaptation, and print-ready file approvals before final production.
- Assist in managing vendor deliverables, production specifications, and cost considerations across print, digital, and OOH materials.
- Identify potential delivery risks, escalate issues early, and support the development of practical solutions.
- Contribute to the execution of multi-market campaigns for global brands entering or operating in the local market.
Role Requirements
- 46 years of experience in account management or project management within agencies (production, creative, digital, integrated, POSM, or localisation).
- Experience working with POSM production, print materials, adaptation, localisation, or multi-deliverable marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics, retail environments, and marketing channels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills when working with clients, internal teams, and vendors.
- Fluent in English and the local market language, both written and spoken.
- Experience working with FMCG, retail, or consumer brands is highly advantageous.
