Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Proactively approach clients, consult on solutions, negotiate, and manage campaign lifecycle.
- Lead post-campaign evaluation and optimization to support long-term growth.
Account & Campaign Management
- Receive briefs and collaborate with internal teams to propose and present suitable campaign strategies.
- Recommend KOL/KOC/Influencer/Community selections based on campaign objectives.
- Oversee execution including content production, budget management, partner coordination, and performance tracking.
- Monitor communication and commercial KPIs (reach, engagement, buzz, GMV, orders, ROAS, etc.).
- Consolidate and deliver campaign reports with insights and improvements.
Operations & Paperwork
- Ensure accuracy of campaign documentation and timely payment tracking.
- Client & Partner Relations
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners, supporting service quality and retention.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
- At least 5 years in Social/Influencer/Digital Advertising.
- Strong understanding of media, social platforms, and campaign operations.
- Confident in client communication and presentation.
- Leadership and team coordination skills.
- Experience using workflow-supporting systems (e.g., Influencer Dashboard).
