Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Proactively approach clients, consult on solutions, negotiate, and manage campaign lifecycle.
  • Lead post-campaign evaluation and optimization to support long-term growth.

Account & Campaign Management

  • Receive briefs and collaborate with internal teams to propose and present suitable campaign strategies.
  • Recommend KOL/KOC/Influencer/Community selections based on campaign objectives.
  • Oversee execution including content production, budget management, partner coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor communication and commercial KPIs (reach, engagement, buzz, GMV, orders, ROAS, etc.).
  • Consolidate and deliver campaign reports with insights and improvements.

Operations & Paperwork

  • Ensure accuracy of campaign documentation and timely payment tracking.
  • Client & Partner Relations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners, supporting service quality and retention.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years in Social/Influencer/Digital Advertising.
  • Strong understanding of media, social platforms, and campaign operations.
  • Confident in client communication and presentation.
  • Leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Experience using workflow-supporting systems (e.g., Influencer Dashboard).
