Your role:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and trust.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships; proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Serve as the key contact point between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
- Oversee project execution from briefing to final delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Develop creative briefs of various complexities, project timelines, budgets; ensure all deliverables are completed according to scope and standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments to deliver smooth and integrated campaigns.
- Anticipate and solve potential issues with professionalism and thoughtful solutions.
- Work closely with the Creative team and Production teams to translate client objectives into actionable briefs.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project decks that reflect both strategic understanding and executional clarity.
- Monitor project performance and client feedback, using insights to improve service quality and satisfaction.
- Support the Team Lead in preparing business reviews and client presentations.
- Supervise Account Intern where applicable, providing guidance and feedback.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and positive team environment.
- Ensure all client information, documentation, and communication are up-to-date and properly archived.
You as a person:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential; confident communication in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proven track record of effectively prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
- Understanding of marketing, branding, and digital communication trends in Vietnam.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about delivering results that make an impact.
