We are looking for someone with an able-to-do spirit and deep familiarity with the social media and influencer landscape. This role will focus on delivering end-to-end campaign management for a diverse portfolio of brands, ensuring that all projects meet ICON's high standards of social creativity.
Job Description
- Build, manage, and lead phenomenal client relationships for social outreach/influencer marketing campaigns.
- Take ownership of accounts and/or influencer marketing related projects from planning/pitching to successful execution, including but not limited to offering rationalized strategic recommendations to clients, collaborating with other teams to respond to briefs, managing milestones & operational successful delivery, and account commercials.
- Be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your team and projects under your charge, as well as ensuring that it meets its goals and objectives. Identify potential opportunities, risks, and solutions for how the team can fulfill or overcome them, and ensure the operations team delivers faultless campaign execution.
- Be responsible for planning and managing the project P&L, the delivery of revenue KPI across the agency's partners under your team, and pursuing all potential cross-sell & up-sell opportunities.
- Hands-on with the core principles of digital marketing, especially influencer marketing/social outreach.
- Cross-functional collaboration with planning, creative, influencer management, and other internal teams to deliver on business requests.
- Guide, supervise, mentor, and lead the team to drive productivity and chemistry.
- Update teams & partners on the ever-changing digital/social and influencer landscape.
- Client Leadership responding to briefs, attending meetings, status reporting, information seeking, researching, managing milestones, and approvals.
- Supervising and mentoring the team to achieve the given requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
- A recognized Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing influencer marketing-related campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and social outreach from planning to execution and the Vietnam market.
- At least 2 years of experience in the position of Account Manager/ Senior Manager.
- Leadership skills (manage a team of at least 3-5 members).
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing budgets, estimates, and schedules.
- Ability to lead pitches and win new projects with a proven track record.
- Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in agencies partner relationship management is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
