Job Description

Huntsman Corporation is now looking for a dynamic individual as an Account Manager.

The role is responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth and delivering agreed targets in the footwear market in South East Asia. This a position will be based in Dong Nai, Vietnam.

As An Account Manager, You Will

Ensure business activities are in full compliance with Company policy, EHS standards and local regulations.

Deliver agreed sales targets (volume and CM) and increase Huntsman market share in footwear market in South East Asia.

Building, managing & growing strong relationships with key accounts in the footwear industry

Actively probe and identify new business opportunities and penetrate into new footwear molders/OEM/brands.

Make price calls according to company pricing policy and limits of authority.

Propose and execute sales forecast and accounts plan.

Conduct regular customer visit, manage key accounts & distributors, responsible for customer relationship and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with peers in other regions to maintain & development business in global accounts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products

Coordinate with Technical Service team to provide technical support to customers, resolve application problems and customer complaints in order to assist in customer's product development and suggest use of Huntsman's products in order to increase sales.

Take control of account receivable, debtors and achieve zero bad debts.

Responsible for Product Stewardship delivery to customers

Bring understanding of market needs, collect and analyze competitive information, establish account database for footwear market

Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition

Proactive and results oriented.

Highly dedicated to meeting customer expectations and requirement, strong ability in building up relationship and achieving customer satisfaction

Have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the footwear industry

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.

What skills and experiences are we looking for

Education: Bachelor or higher degree in Chemistry, Polymer or Material Science.

Experience: More than 5 years sales, marketing or account management experience in footwear industries. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, basic marketing & trading knowledge, MS office functionalities, good communication skill in both Vietnamese & English
