Role Description

The Sales Account Executive will act as a key liaison between clients and HiAgency, ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines, coordinating internal teams, and delivering performance-driven results. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Ho Chi Minh City, where collaboration and client satisfaction are central to your success.

Qualifications

  • Outbound Sales Account management, client relationship management, and customer service skills
  • Project management experience, with the ability to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, digital marketing strategies, and marketing tools
  • Strong communication in Sales and meeting KPI's, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience in outbound marketing or advertising industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
