Job Overview
The Account Manager at Kingmaker is responsible for overseeing client relationships and ensuring every lead generation campaign operates smoothly and accurately. This role conducts weekly client meetings, prepares monthly reports, develops and refines ICPs, and ensures campaign data meets the defined criteria. The Account Manager collaborates closely with the SDR team, guiding priorities and ensuring alignment across outreach, research, and SQL standards. This is not a management role and does not include people supervision or HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication and weekly meetings with assigned clients
Develop, refine, and validate ICPs based on client objectives
Ensure lead data, company lists, and contact lists meet ICP criteria
Coordinate with SDRs to align on outreach priorities, research accuracy, and SQL expectations
Review SDR-prepared meeting briefs to ensure completeness before sending to clients
Prepare monthly performance reports with insights, trends, and recommended next steps
Monitor campaign progress and address gaps or inconsistencies proactively
Support continuous improvement of workflow, data quality, and client experience
Key Requirements
Experience in account management, client success, project coordination, or related roles
Understanding of B2B lead generation and qualification frameworks such as BANT
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in handling multiple accounts
Ability to interpret data and provide clear insights during weekly and monthly reviews
Familiarity with Customer Data or outreach tools is an advantage
