- Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Proactively identify and generate business opportunities via email outreach, LinkedIn connections, cold calling, customer referrals, networking, and participation in events.
- Qualifying Leads: Ask insightful questions to assess and convert prospects into sales-qualified leads (SQL).
- Developing Opportunities: Collaborate with the Pre-Sales Team to consult and propose solutions, facilitating discussions to drive deals forward.
- Proposals and Quotations: Work closely with Pre-Sales and Delivery Teams to prepare and present quotations/proposals to potential clients.
- Closing Deals: Utilize negotiation and closing techniques to convert potential clients into official customers.
- Customer Success: Maintain and nurture relationships with clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction, identifying upselling opportunities, and building long-term loyalty.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Training: Train and mentor junior AMs, interns, and freshers on sales techniques through sessions, guidelines, and one-on-one support as assigned by the Sales Director.
- Strategic Contributions: Collaborate with the Sales Director to formulate sales strategies for key markets and coordinate with the Marketing/PR team to promote GMO's global brand.
- KPI Reporting: Handle weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as assigned and assist the Sales Director in reviewing the division's KPIs, including revenue, lead generation, and training needs.

Essential Qualifications

- Advanced English proficiency (international experience is a plus).

- Minimum of 1 years of proven experience in IT Sales with a successful track record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience in cross-cultural or international environments.
- Background in the IT industry, particularly in global markets (APAC, EU, US, Australia,...).
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
