Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Account Manager to join our Apple Business team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Apple solutions in the Education sector by developing relationships with schools, universities, educational institutions, government agencies, and business partners.

You will manage the sales cycle for Apple devices and solutions, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful education projects across Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, government agencies, and channel partners.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting Apple solutions for Education projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop the sales pipeline.
  • Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful customer projects.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage project execution.
  • Monitor sales performance, project progress, customer satisfaction, and payment collection.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business reports.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Foreign Languages, Commerce, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, customer management, or business development.
  • Experience in the Education, IT, or Technology industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Sharp business acumen, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Passionate about technology and willing to travel for business.

Working Location: 114th Floor, TNR Tower, 54A Nguyen Chi Thanh Str., Lang Ward, Ha Noi

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
