We are seeking an Account Manager to play a key impact in the growth of our Digital Marketing Agency, driving our brand's expansion and global impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Receive and analyze client briefs to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop well-structured plans, proposals, and quotations.
- Present project proposals and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients.
Project Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and expectations are met.
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and provide updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Define SEO implementation strategies and ensure alignment with client goals.
Data Reporting
- Prepare comprehensive reports demonstrating ROI and the impact of SEO efforts on client goals.
Qualifications- Experience: At least 2 years of experience with proven results as Account Executive/ Project Manager. Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency Environment & SEO knowledge is a big plus.
- Skills: Strong planning and organization skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English. IELTS 6.5 or above.
- Attitude: Possess a proactive, can-do attitude that motivates others and aligns with our FIRE values; willing to be a builder at an early-staged unit.
