Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining and expanding our relationships with international clients, with a focus on key accounts in Australia, Singapore, Thai and Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in digital marketing agencies, demonstrating a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and client management. This position requires a highly organized, communicative, and results-driven individual who thrives in managing client accounts and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Project Coordination and Delivery:
- Ensure the timely and successful communication of our deliverables according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate clearly the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise between clients and internal technical teams, creative teams, and other relevant departments on matters including SEO, web design, development, social media, and paid ads management.
Proposal and Pitch Support:
- Assist with pitching, proposal generation, and optimization to secure new business.
- Attend industry events and represent the company to a variety of stakeholders.
Process Development:
- Build out processes and the account management function with the aim of developing an extensive account management team.
- Develop standard operating procedures and company best practices for the account management role.
- Pave the way for your progression to Account Director and build out a team to report to you as the company expands.
- Report to the management and project management team on progress, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Job Requirements:
- Good English communications (both writing and speaking)
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role within digital marketing agencies.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- A fast-paced, dynamic individual who is keen to learn and motivated to ensure client satisfaction and value realization.
