Job Description

● Working time: 08:30 AM - 17:30 PM from Monday to Friday;

● Working place: 456-458 Hai Ba Trung, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh

● Salary: Upto 20M + gross including KPI - based incentives and performance bonus

● Insurance: payment based on full salary

I. OVERVIEW

The Senior Account Management play a critical role in Rentracks'growth strategy by expanding partnerships with enterprise - level Publishers (Rentracks's Partner) and driving sustainable revenue growth. In this role, you will identify, develop, and optimize performance marketing programs with leading online Publishers. Specifically, you will acquire new high - quality partners and support Publishers unlocking additional revenue opportunities within Rentracks ecosystem. This potsition is deeply involved in partnership marketing within an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment that value performance - driven and passionate professional.

II. DESCRIPTION

·        Network Expansion: Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard high-profile publishers and strategic partners to scale up the affiliate network.

·        Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and VIP publishers to maximize their traffic and revenue performance.

·        Strategic Negotiation: Directly negotiate commercial terms, high-tier commission structures, and exclusive promotional deals with major partners to secure competitive margins.

·        Data & Performance Optimization: Deeply monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance metrics (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) to optimize Conversion Rate (CR) and return on investment (ROI).

·        Market Intelligence: Constantly research industry trends, emerging channels, and competitor movements to identify new business opportunities and feature enhancements.

·        Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, GA, Client Team, and Tech) to improve platform tools, user experience, and overall campaign efficiency.

·        Compliance & Team Development: Ensure all partners comply with company policies and affiliate marketing best practices; mentor and guide junior team members when required.

·        Revenue Ownership : Take ownership of publisher revenue targets and actively drive growth through traffic expansion, campaign optimization, and strategic partnership development.

III. REQUIREMENTS

·        At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital sales, or business development

·        Strong knowledge of affiliate network, tracking platforms, and online advertising

·        Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

·        Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance

·        Good at English, other languages are a plus

·        Preffered Qualifications :

o   Existing networks of publishers, media buyers, sub-net, DSP, ASP.

o   Experience working with affiliate networks.

o   Knowledge in Mobile app, Finance, E-com or Lead generatic verticals.
