Job Description

1. Job Description

  • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers currently using MISA products/services, identifying and uncovering potential needs.
  • Provide consulting on additional solutions within MISA's Integrated Business Management Ecosystem (MISA AMIS) tailored to customer needs to maximize their operational efficiency.
  • Schedule meetings and transfer qualified sales opportunities to Account Executives (AE) for in-depth product consultation.

Target customers: Business Owners, CEOs, and Department Heads at mid-sized enterprises currently using MISA solutions.

Product focus: MISA AMIS – Integrated Business Management Platform

2. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly revenue targets
  • Number of qualified consultation meetings generated for the sales team (AE)

3. Candidate Requirements

- Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 21 – 28 yrs
  • Bachelor's degree or College degree in Business-related fields: Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Banking, etc.
  • Candidates from other majors must have at least 1 year of B2B experience
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and active participation in extracurricular or social activities are encouraged to apply

  • Base salary: 320 - 470$/month + commission
  • Average income: 980 – 1200$/month

Working Time

May 1 – Nov 30:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 – 1:30 PM)
  • Saturday morning: flexible depending on workload

Dec 1 – Apr 30:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
