Role Summary
A hands-on coordination role inside a client-facing team that manages software delivery relationships across global accounts. You'll report directly to Client Partnership Director and work as part of Account Management team. The team serves global B2B clients across industries including Fintech, Retail & E-commerce, and IT Services.
What You'll Do
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up notes for client calls and internal AM team sessions, turning raw inputs into clean, ready-to-use documents.
- Track open action items and account activities across the AM team, flagging overdue items and keeping status current without being asked.
- Draft and proof routine client-facing emails, reports, and presentation slides in English under the Director's guidance.
- Handle ad-hoc coordination tasks such as scheduling across time zones, organizing internal documents, and supporting the AM team on logistics as needed.
What You Bring
- Comfortable writing professional English. You'll draft and review real client-facing documents from day one (reading and writing fluency required; spoken English is a plus).
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook calendar used daily.
- Organized and proactive. You notice what needs doing before you're told, and you follow through without reminders.
- Strong attention to detail. The kind of person who catches the typo and fixes the misaligned table without being asked.
- Confident using AI productivity tools to draft, summarize, and structure work faster.
- Genuinely interested in building a career in sales, account management, or client partnerships in the tech industry. This role is a real stepping stone, not just a filing job.
Bonus Points
- Experience with project management or task-tracking tools.
- Familiarity navigating a CRM tools
- Prior exposure to a client-facing or coordination role such as internship, part-time, or university project work counts.
- Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Business Administration, Communications, Foreign Languages, or related program.
- Familiar with practical research activities and analyze findings.
