We are looking for:
An Account Executive who is enthusiastic about transforming healthcare education through digital innovation. We care more about your drive, motivation, and willingness than your experience and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Implementation: Once a client project has been launched, coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders and make sure the project is on track and perfectly executed. Find freelancers, editors, and videographers and ensure that they deliver assignments on time.
- Assistance: Work together with our Program Managers and Commercial Team and execute their assignments meticulously.
- User Engagement: Regularly talk to doctors, nurses, and pharmacists who are using our digital platform and understand their needs and difficulties. Help our users in the onboarding process and identify problems.
- Client Engagement: Regularly communicate with our clients and partners and keep them updated regarding project progress, and get their feedback.
- Reporting: Analyze data and prepare reports for our clients and partners.
Requirements:
- University degree
- Experience in marketing agency, pharmaceutical industry, or healthcare would be good, but not a requirement.
- Experience in the execution of projects or a strong willingness to upgrade your skills.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Startup mindset and flexibility to handle diverse tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Experience in analyzing data in Excel and preparing PowerPoint reports.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
