responsible for coordinating with customers, warehouse, and operating system
Working Hours: 8:30 17:00, 6 days per week
Salary Range: 13,000,000 15,000,000 VND, up to 20,000,000 VND if background is good.
Location: Ha Nam, Vietnam
Responsibilities:
- Provide logistics support and answer customer inquiries (transportation, warehouse, distribution)
- Handle customer orders (input, update, tracking, reporting) accurately
- Manage customer complaints and logistics issues promptly and provide solutions
- Follow up logistics exceptions (delays, damages, losses) and coordinate resolution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or related fields
- Experience in logistics customer service preferred
- Fluent in Vietnamese & Chinese; basic English skills
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with logistics/customer service systems
