Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key point of contact for assigned clients; understand their business objectives and translate them into actionable plans
- Manage project workflows across internal teams and external suppliers (especially KOLs/influencers) to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and on budget
- Lead client briefings, build strategic proposals, and present campaign plans with confidence and clarity
- Handle quotations, budgets, and project P&L with precision and transparency
- Ensure alignment between creative, production, and media teams to achieve client KPIs
- Foster long-term client relationships and proactively identify growth opportunities within accounts
- Maintain strong vendor and KOL networks to support executional excellence
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in an agency setting (advertising, influencer marketing, or integrated communications)
- Proven track record of managing campaigns involving KOLs, talents, and high-profile brand clients
- Strong client-facing skills professional, articulate, and solution-oriented
- Fluent in English (written & verbal)
- Confident in proposal writing, strategic thinking, and pitching ideas
- A good eye for aesthetics and a passion for brand storytelling
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Team-oriented with leadership potential and training capabilities.
