Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive based in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City. The role involves building and nurturing client relationships, managing project timelines, coordinating with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions, and aligning business goals with project deliverables. You will support business growth by developing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals and quotations, and participating in contract discussions. You will also monitor project performance, including budgets and payment progress, while maintaining clear and consistent communication to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in client relationship management and account servicing.
  • Proficiency in business development, including identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both written and spoken formats.
  • Understanding of visual arts, including still imaging, animation, and VR360, is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage projects effectively by overseeing timelines and priorities.
  • Proactive problem-solving and ability to handle client expectations professionally.
  • A demonstrated ability to work on high-end projects or in a B2B setting, preferably in real estate or architecture-related sectors, is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
