About the Role

Adwerk (adwerk.io) is a technology-driven agency specializing in high-performance programmatic advertising and data-centric marketing solutions. Serving as a trusted partner for global leaders like Coca-Cola, KFC, and ING Bank, we bridge the gap between complex media technologies and business growth.

Our team is now expanding in Vietnam and is looking for a Sales / Account Executive to accelerate growth with media agencies and direct brands. This role is ideal for someone with strong local connections, a good understanding of the Vietnam advertising market, and the ability to turn conversations into test campaigns and long-term partnerships.

You will act as Adwerk's local representative, owning relationships, pushing proposals, and working closely with regional teams to convert opportunities into results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing relationships with agencies and brands in Vietnam to introduce Adwerk's solutions
  • Proactively approach new prospects and drive sales conversations
  • Coordinate and send proposals, decks, and sales documents, and actively follow up
  • Push for test / pilot campaigns (including free or low-budget trials when relevant)
  • Support campaign onboarding and early-stage account management
  • Create and localize case studies that resonate with Vietnamese agencies and brands
  • Provide ongoing insights on the Vietnam advertising market, competitors, and client needs

Ideal Profile
  • 25+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in digital advertising
  • Strong network within media agencies and/or brands in Vietnam
  • Good understanding of digital advertising, programmatic, or performance marketing
  • Comfortable with follow-ups, negotiations, and closing test campaigns
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken), comfortable working in an international environment.
  • Proactive, independent, and results-driven

KPIs & Success Metrics

Monthly / Quarterly KPIs:

  • New agency / brand contacts onboarded
  • Qualified leads and meetings generated
  • Number of test / pilot campaigns secured
  • Proposals sent vs. campaigns launched
  • Active sales pipeline value

36 Month Success:

  • Consistent flow of test campaigns from agencies and brands
  • Conversion of pilots into paid, long-term campaigns
  • Strong visibility of Adwerk within the Vietnam market

Compensation & OTE (Indicative)
  • Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience
  • Commission: Performance-based, tied to:
  • Test campaigns launched
  • Revenue generated from converted pilots
  • OTE: 2040% on top of base salary (uncapped for strong performers)

Commission structure can be flexibly adjusted depending on seniority and market maturity.
