Key Responsibilities
- Client engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients: Brand/ Seller in Shopee Marketplace
- Identify client's requirements and needs, develop insightful questions to understand clients concerns and expectations
- Research market & organize raw data into a structured database for making plans or performance report
- Conduct and present proposals, report and business review to clients, addressing clients concerns and objections for retain/ upsell purpose
- Campaign operation
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop/ align direct client selling package, define client needs and align on Brand/ Seller wishlist
- Cross-team co-work to execute affiliate campaigns: include Livestream, KOL booking, UGC and Affiliate on Shopee
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines and meet clients expectations.
- Work closely with relevant teams for monthly validation and tracking of clients payment progress
- Report work progress as requested by managers
Competencies
- Education: University degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields
Experience/Knowledge
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or client service.
- Experience in Affiliate marketing/ E-commerce is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising practices including major platforms like Facebook, Google, Youtube, or local booking KOL service;
- Familiar with project management, timeline management, data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English, and Vietnamese.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Can work under pressure and deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary client service excellence.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Attitude: Professional, Customer-oriented, Detail-oriented, Can-do attitude.
