Account Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Hanoi. The Account Executive will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and tailoring campaign strategies to meet client goals. Primary responsibilities include overseeing client accounts, collaborating with partners across industries, ensuring smooth campaign execution, and optimizing performance. The role also involves preparing reports, addressing client inquiries, and supporting the resolution of challenges to ensure satisfaction and success.

• Client Relationship Management and Communication Skills
• Campaign Planning, Development, and Optimization Experience
• Data Analysis and Reporting Expertise
• Sales and Business Development Skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities
• Proficiency in using marketing and CRM tools
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in affiliate marketing or a similar industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Hanoi and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
