Overview
We are an integrated marketing communication agency in the healthcare industry looking for an energetic business driven candidate with a customer-centric and commercial mindset. He/she will work in a fast-paced team environment and have the opportunity to gain broad experience in various aspects of healthcare marketing.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients: receive briefs, understand objectives, and provide strategic recommendation
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high-quality execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Creative, Medical Content, Digital, etc.) and external vendors to deliver project output
- Prepare proposals, quotations, timelines, and reports for client presentation
- Review and validate all deliverables before submission to clients
- Monitor campaign performance and provide improvement insight
- Support and mentor Account Interns if required
Requirement
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a marketing or communication agency
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals; knowledge of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working under pressure
- Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Familiar with project documentation and workflow processes
