JOB DESCRIPTION:

DatVietMEDIA is looking for an Account Executive (LABC) to support commercial campaigns and partnership projects involving brands, KOLs, KOCs, influencers, communities, and livestream activities.

The role works closely with clients, creators, partners, and internal teams to develop and execute commercial collaboration solutions, manage bookings and campaign deliverables, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with agreed business objectives.

1. Business Development (10%)

  • Support the Account Manager in approaching and developing relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Assist in preparing service introductions, commercial proposals, campaign presentations, and supporting materials.
  • Support discussions and negotiations on commercial terms, service scope, and campaign requirements.
  • Support client onboarding and contribute to a positive client experience throughout the partnership journey.
  • Identify opportunities for additional collaboration with existing clients and partners.

2. Account Management & Campaign Execution (30%)

  • Receive and understand client briefs, working closely with internal teams to develop suitable commercial and campaign solutions.
  • Support campaign planning, including:
  • KOL/KOC/Influencer and Community selection.
  • Talent booking and coordination.
  • Livestream planning and execution.
  • Content requirements, deliverables, and platform planning.
  • Budget and campaign KPI tracking.
  • Coordinate and execute campaign activities according to approved timelines, scope, and deliverables.
  • Work with KOLs, KOCs, Influencers, Communities, and livestream partners to ensure they clearly understand campaign requirements and deliver agreed activities.
  • Monitor campaign execution and proactively propose alternative Partners or solutions when issues arise.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign quality and commercial objectives are achieved.

3. Communication & Coordination (40%)

  • Act as a key point of contact between clients, KOLs, KOCs, Influencers, Communities, livestream partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure campaign requirements, timelines, deliverables, and commercial information are communicated accurately and on time.
  • Collect, monitor, and follow up on client feedback and partner requirements.
  • Coordinate day-to-day communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, creators, and partners.
  • Support the Account Manager in managing client expectations and resolving issues during campaign execution.
  • Coordinate across internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

4. Reporting, Performance Tracking & Documentation (10%)

  • Monitor campaign progress and ensure agreed deliverables and KPIs are achieved.
  • Collect and consolidate campaign data and prepare performance reports and post-campaign evaluations.
  • Prepare campaign completion, reconciliation, and other required documents.
  • Track contracts, booking documents, campaign records, and client payment status.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments on billing, payment follow-up, and campaign reconciliation.

5. Other Responsibilities (10%)

  • Perform other duties and projects assigned by the direct supervisor.
  • Support other commercial and partnership activities related to the LABC team when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Account Management, Client Service, Business Development, Partnership, Influencer Marketing, Digital Advertising, Media, or related fields.
  • Experience working with KOLs, KOCs, Influencers, Creators, Communities, or livestream projects is highly preferred.
  • Experience in booking, coordinating, or managing creators/talents is an advantage.
  • Previous experience at a Media Agency, Social Agency, Influencer Agency, Digital Agency, or Advertising Agency is preferred.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Understanding of livestream operations, creator partnerships, commercial campaigns, or brand collaboration is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good client servicing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good project management, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience using creator/influencer management platforms or campaign management systems is a plus.
  • Good command of English in both written and spoken communication.
  • Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passionate about entertainment, creators, social media, and commercial partnership activities.
