Account Executive

In 2019, Innity launched Passionation - an Influencer Marketing Platform, where marketers and influencers large and small collaborate seamlessly at scale.

Job Description:

• Handle day-to-day management of clients and their requests including: receiving the briefs, feedback; joining in the assigned/pitching projects (80% is the social outreach campaign, the rest is digital media, digital & social commerce campaign) from the proposal until the execution & liquidation; ensure the internal team (Planning team, design team, KOL management team, media team, .....) to understand the client's expectation & deliver to high-quality deliverables to our clients/win the pitch.
• Be the key driver of project execution & management.
• Support line manager in developing initiatives plan for the company.
• Manage the whole process and collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure projects are on track and meet client's satisfaction.
• Manage the project cost well for each campaign, and optimize profit of the campaign.

Requirements:

• Experience in handling the clients in FMCG & E-commerce industry is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in social/influencer/media agency
• Good communication & presentation skills in both English & Vietnamese.
• Knowledgeable of influencer market, trending content, and influencer strategy.
• Required skills: project management, time management, critical thinking, negotiation, leadership.
• Flexible to work over a number of projects and balance your workload.
