Job Summary

We are looking for a who is an able-to-do spirit and familiar with the social media and influencer landscape. This role will focus on delivering end-to-end campaign management for a diverse portfolio of brands, ensuring that all projects meet ICON's high standards of social creativity.

Job Description

Assist in the execution and monitoring of advertising campaigns, ensuring progress and effectiveness as directed by AM/SAE

Manage budgets for smaller campaigns and report budget status as assigned.

Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, production) to ensure quality and timely delivery of work.

Stay updated on social media trends, platform developments, and influencer activities to support strategic planning.

Participate in strategy meetings, brainstorm sessions, and client discussions to gather requirements, provide information, and help address any issues.

Prepare documents, reports, and proposals for presentations in client or internal meetings. Required Skills and Experience

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams and maintain good relationships with clients.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to create professional presentation materials.

Knowledge of social media platforms, advertising trends, and influencer marketing.

Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and readiness to support the team in any situation.

Prefer candidates that have experience in account management, marketing, or communications (experience in an agency environment is a plus).
