Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thu Duc for an Academic Recruitment Executive. The role involves creating job descriptions, identifying and recruiting the best candidates for academic positions, and managing end-to-end hiring processes. Responsibilities also include conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and coordinating communication with hiring managers to ensure successful placements and alignment with organizational standards and expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Job Description Development and Recruiting practices
• Effective Communication and Collaborative skills to liaise with hiring managers and candidates
• Proficiency in Interviewing and candidate evaluation techniques
• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end hiring processes within the education or training industry is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in education or recruitment is an asset
